This is the historic Colorado Street Bridge in Pasadena. I would love to take more photos here in the future because it’s one of my favorite spots in town. The bridge is especially beautiful at night with the large, old-fashioned lamps lit up. Back when I worked in Glendale, I would sometimes take surface streets home just so I could drive over this bridge and feel like the lights were welcoming me back to Pasadena.
loving this simple outfit, the location is quite beautiful as well!

Such a beautiful backdrop.
ReplyDeleteCool shorts and a pretty background! I really love how those shorts fit you
ReplyDeleteI love that bridge! I used to drive from Weho to Pasadena after a night of dancing. Always noticed it on the right driving back in on the freeway. :) Pasadena is so lovely! And you look lovely as always.
ReplyDeleteI love that bridge! I remember once there was an oil leak (?!) on one of my back roads to work and I took some road and ended up under it and had NO idea how to get back to the office.
ReplyDeleteReally pretty outfit - you seem to be the thirfting queen :) I love the austere concrete background too.

i really adore those shoes. i had a pair of blue peep-toes that i think i paid about $4 at payless and wore them until the heels literally rubbed off. something about that heel height and shape is so comfy and versatile.
ReplyDeleteyou are so poetic-- I could totally imagine that image as you described it! sounds like a beautiful drive home.
ReplyDeleteI almost always take the scenic route. I even bug my husband, if he's driving, to go a certain way so that I can look at the historic houses and tree-lined streets. I want to get a little pair of red peep-toes like yours because every time I see them on your blog I want to write "I love those shoes!!" And I've probably already written it 100 times.
