Three Neutrals

Sweater: thrifted
Camisole: Nordstrom
Skirt: thrifted
Bag: Tignanello via eBay
Shoes: Urban Outfitters

At first I thought it would be kind of weird to wear this cream sweater with a silver bag and nude heels, but I ended up really liking the different neutral tones together. This skirt drives me crazy, though. It looks good when I first put it on, but after driving to work and sitting at my desk, it wrinkles up and looks sloppy. I keep telling myself I won’t wear it if I’m going to be sitting for a long period of time, but then I put it on for work again. I need to find a replacement that doesn’t wrinkle.

  1. I love mixing neutrals—which is good, since 3/4 of my closet consists of neutrals :) Love the color of that skirt. It's so sad that it gets wrinkly so easily.

  2. I'm so glad you kept that sweater! It looks amazing on you. I feel the same way about many of my skirts... too bad this one is such an awesome color! But there's really nothing worse than feeling all bunched up, wrinkled and frumpy at the end of a long work day :( ...The search continues for a flow-y, comfortable work dress!

Damn, I love the light in this photo!

  3. You should do an all neutral outfit! I love the effect of all those shades together, I want to see it taken to 11, haha.

  4. I feel like most of my clothes for warmer weather wrinkle in two seconds after I put them on. But then I decided I don't care! The color of your skirt is so pretty. And I love the sweater you paired with it too.
