Double Blue

Blouse: thrifted
Skirt: thrifted
Shoes: Urban Outfitters
Bag: Tignanello

I keep wanting to pair this blue rose-print blouse with more blue. The last time I wore it, I paired it with denim shorts for the beach. I kind of felt like I had on some sort of work uniform today — but a retro, feminine uniform, so I was okay with that. I also discovered today that I need to make one of the buttonholes smaller on this blouse. When I came home after walking around Glendale and running errands, I saw that one of the buttons had popped open and had probably been like that all afternoon.

  2. I really like this shirt, it truly looks vintage to me. Like it could be from the forties, the soften colour, the lightness to it. I love how versatile it is as well!

  5. I see where you're coming from in regards to this looking uniform-like. At the same time, however, I really love it. It's classic, and you make it look effortless.

  6. You and your tiny little waist. I have waist envy for sure :) I love this outfit though--so simple and classy. The blouse is definitely a winner. In the past few months, I've definitely learned the value of owning nice, pretty blouses. I've definitely had that experience with buttons though. Ha.
