I’ve been wanting to post some photos of this outfit for a while. I wear it to work all the time...if not every week, then every other week. I bought this skirt with my employee discount when I worked at MyShape, and I love how it’s a versatile black skirt but with cool details — definitely worth it, and it wasn’t cheap, even with my employee discount. Don’t get me wrong, I will always thrift shop, but it’s great to invest in a “special” basic like this once in a while.
thats a very pretty skirt. Its basic but still has some nice detailing.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, good old MyShape and their employee discount! You scored so many cute things when you were working there. This skirt is, by far, one of the cutest purchases you made. Even if it was still pricey, it was so worth it. You've worn it on your blog with so many different looks! Argh, whenever I think of MyShape, I think of that damn Betsey Johnson dress with the multi-colored roses, and how I DIDN'T buy it. I'm still kicking myself for that!
ReplyDeleteAnd... I love your tights!!! So cute!!!

ReplyDeleteI love the skirt. Pretty ruffles.
ReplyDeleteLove love love this look! So chic.
ReplyDeleteYour black skirt is so cool with the fun detailing on the front of it. I love basics with a twist and this definitely fits into that category! Plus it looks great with your patterned tights.
