Best Wedding Ever

Dress: vintage
Necklace: belonged to my grandmother
Bag: La Regale, found at Marshalls
Shoes: thrifted

It’s almost midnight and I probably should just wait until morning to post this, but...I want to post it now! Jasen and I got back from Natasha and Mike’s wedding a couple hours ago. It was seriously the best wedding I’ve ever been to. It was relatively small (about 40 guests) and outdoors at a house on a hilltop in Malibu. Everything about it was so beautiful and personal!

I wore this vintage dress that Natasha gave me the other day. I think it may have been home sewn. And I think it might be the cutest dress I’ve ever owned. I want, like, five more dresses with this exact same silhouette.

And here are just a few more photos from the day...

   The view was SPECTACULAR.

   So were the gardens =)

   Pinwheels were everywhere.

   Natasha and her dad...awww!

   The happy couple!

Jasen and I with the gorgeous bride!

Your dress is so pretty and it looks great on you! I too have a few dresses where I think, "Man, if I had this same exact shape dress in several colors, I would wear it everyday". :) Glad you had a nice weekend!

There is nothing better than a dear friend's wedding, especially when it's up on a hilltop with a beautiful view.

  20. @lostsailors: Yes about the song! It was adorable. And the woman who performed the ceremony read that quote from the Velveteen rabbit about becoming real when a child loves you. That part really made me tear up!
