Summer Darks

Top: Forever 21
Skirt: thrifted
Shoes: Urban Outfitters

So here is sort of a view of what it looks like behind our apartment building. We share this paved parking area with the house to the south of us. Behind their place are some uncovered parking spots, and behind our building is a carport. Yeah, exciting, I know.

This top that I’m wearing is really old and kind of worn out, but I haven’t been able to give it up. I wore it with this navy blue skirt on Monday but didn’t get a chance to take photos, so I recreated the outfit today. Although I haven’t worn green with navy much before, I like the combination a lot.

  1. Green with navy is really pretty. I can't recall pairing it together either for whatever reason. The top is really cute with the white collar-like detail.

  2. I'm enjoying the green/navy combo as well! I hate when a favorite top begins to get worn looking, but the good news is that your's still looks great to me! :)

  3. I've never seen anyone rock pencil skirts quite like you do! Seriously. I don't even like pencil skirts all that much, but yours always look perfectly tailored and lovely.

This entire look is great on you; the neckline on that blouse is so flattering!

  4. This may not be an obvious summer look, but you look great. dark green and navy are an amazing combination and it looks great on you, with your complexion! It's also a great silhouette, you look lovely really.

  6. That is a cute top - it's always hard to let go of your favorites when they wear out.
