Blackberry


Top: Forever 21
Skirt: thrifted
Shoes: thrifted vintage

I had kind of been avoiding this skirt and top through the summer months, thinking the colors were better for fall. Then this morning I thought, “Hey, blackberries are summery!” So I dressed like one.

    I love the color of that top on you! It looks so pretty with your skin! I think that purply-pinky color might need to be in your rotation more often...however, you have great olive skin so it may just go with everything.

    I think in general the more often you dress like fruit the better. This combo looks really great.Digging the little bows on your shoes.

    I love the colors! Blackberries are Summery and I think all colors should be worn year long (maybe I'm just justifying wearing so much yellow in Winter...).

    I know what you mean about not wanting to be too "fall" in your color scheme. you look very summery to me though! (and at least in So. cal you can have bear legs everyday and not freeze to death!)

    I love these pretty colors! Sure, if you threw on a cardigan and tights it would be a super cute fall outfit too, but it totally works for summer :)
