Thrifted Thursday No. 34

T-shirt, skirt, tights and shoes: thrifted

Wow, this week has seemed really long for some reason. Oh well, only one more day to get through, plus a Mediterranean food truck is coming to my work tomorrow! We have a food truck show up at our office during lunch time once or twice a week, which is pretty cool. My cousins’ Crepes Bonaparte truck even came once.

So here’s another all-thrifted outfit. The T-shirt is a more recent find and from J. Crew originally, and the skirt is a bebe skirt from (probably) the ’90s. It’s weird, I used to avoid blue, especially navy, thinking it was boring and not very flattering, but now I love it. I was happy with how this outfit had a sort of nautical vibe while incorporating tights since it’s still technically winter...although it was 80 degrees in L.A. today.

  2. JUST posted today about how navy is totally not my colour and I've never known what to do with it...then read your post...now feeling much more inspired. This looks ADORABLE, and the navy with that particular deep red is really classy.

  5. Those tights are such a great color and they look so nice with the navy skirt. Navy is one of my favorite colors to wear because it's both a color and a neutral if that makes any sense.

  6. I love those berry tights. Navy is such a funny colour, it can be gorge and kind of vintage or SERIOUSLY dowdy.

Omg, is that Natasha up there with the little pink hand?
